What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are calculated individually according to the size, weight and destination. You can view the shipping costs during the order process.

How long is the delivery time?
In the USA we ship with our partners UPS or FedEX usually in 2-5 business days, for orders with freight forwarding in 5 -7 business days. For deliveries abroad the delivery times differ.

With which shipping service provider will my package be shipped?
We ship our items with our shipping partners FedEX and UPS.

How can I track my order?
To check the delivery status of your order, access the email you received from our shipping partner UPS or FedEx. For each package that is shipped to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a link to track the shipment.
This way you will always know where your shipment is and how long it will take to get to you.

How can I be sure that I placed my order correctly?
If you want to check whether your order was placed correctly, you can see this in the order confirmation we send you by e-mail.
In addition, you can find your orders in your customer account via the "Orders" section.

What can I do if I receive a damaged item?
Report any damage or defect within 1-3 days after the carrier delivers the shipment.
If an item we deliver is damaged or out of order in any way, please contact us at shop@eccosmo.com. If the item is damaged, please send a photo of the defect with the email to us so we can get back to you with a quick solution.
Due to the nature of the product being living, please make sure to open your package within 1 day of receiving it.

Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?
You are welcome to have your order delivered to an address that differs from your billing address, e.g. to your workplace. To do this, you simply need to add another delivery address during the address query, before completing the order.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
We ask for your understanding that it is not possible to change the delivery address after the order has been placed. Orders are processed immediately and therefore it is unfortunately not possible for us to guarantee a change. If the given delivery address cannot be found or your shipment cannot be delivered, the shipment will be returned to us. As soon as we have received the shipment again and it has been checked, we will credit the amount to your account using the method of payment you have specified.
